In today’s world, words like depression, anxiety, paranoia, and stress are not just written in the books. These are real condition which is affected by people like Me & You. Well, for the society these are just like other taboos that need to be shoved inside the cupboard. Hence, the topics which they don’t want to talk about is worthless. It is worthless because they can’t or rather one should say they don’t want to understand.
While the actual story is not just the way you are looking at the problem they are facing. Maybe, according to your perspective, the problem is mild and minute. But it is a much wide and macroscopic version which needs the nation’s attention.
There are many people who are trying to change their perspectives about mental health issues. Also, they are trying to change their perspective and try to bring it to public notice. Mental health should taught in school just like moral value classes are conduct.
Well, the answer to the question does not have the guaranteed answer. But yet there are some steps to control stress and boosting of self-esteem.
Be an open-eye about the mental symptoms of warning signs. Consulting doctors and considering involving the family and friends is the first thing to do. Go for routine medical checkups. Also, never skip or neglect the primary care of yourself.
Always ask and get help when it is needed. Talk always talks about it. Try to share the problems and deep emotions with your closed ones. If you cannot speak about it then start maintaining a diary where you can write all the thoughts and feelings.
Take proper care of yourself. Have a healthy diet, regular physical activities, and sufficient sleep. Refresh your mind by listening to music or dancing. Do the things that makes you feel good about yourself. Get surrounded by positive people The new slogan should be- “It’s alright to be not okay. Love yourself, care for yourself, and trust yourself when things don’t go your way. This phase will pass away!”
