Spam Words

Spamming Word

The word ‘spam’ is derived from a BBC television comedy series named Monty Python’s Flying Circus on-aired in the year 1970.
Well, in a computer system, spam is an unsolicited bulk number of unwanted and irrelevant emails or messages that are sent to the subscribers.
In order to help the subscribers, the spam filters inspect millions of emails sent every day. The software is set-up in such an order that it gazes for certain words or phrases that are associated with spam.

The Different Types of Spamming –

The words that has a correlation with free gifts, promises, gimmicks, or schemes are often the wake-up-call for the spam filters. There are a handful number of different types of spam words.

EMAIL SPAM – The outrageous number of junk emails sent to a user frequently containing commercial contents and unwanted emails in large quantities.

MESSAGE SPAM – Instant messaging spam is an online chat technology that sends real-time texts. It is less relevant than emails yet it gets transmission via LAN messenger over the internet networks.

NEWSGROUP SPAM – This is a type of spamming that is target to Usenet Newsgroup. An excessive and multiple posting of messages that are repeated or similar in kind.

MOBILE SPAM – Mobile spam is texting that is composing electronic messages. They are just typical messages that consist of numeric and alphabetic characters.

SOCIAL MEDIA SPAM – They are malicious and intently post with unwanted information posted on social media platforms.

BLOG SPAM – It is a spamming way on web-blogs. The spammer takes advantage of ‘movable type’ software and then places the comments repeatedly. The repetitive comments on various blogs with a link to their own commercial website.

VIDEO SPAM – Video spamming is a video’s thumbnail image for misleading the users. The spammer uploads videos with certain images to draw the attention of the users.

Words To Avoid for E-Mail Spamming –

Carefully choosing the words is the keynote subject for the subscribers. The spam filters are so technically design to removes the junk mails from the customer’s inbox.

In order, to be not get into spam folder, not keeping these types of categorical words will save you!

Manipulative Words – The emails with unnecessary subject lines that put pressure and urgency on the subscriber makes your email get spammed.

Needy Words – The emails that include words and phrases that smell like an exaggeration. If your emails are desperate with exaggerative claims then you will be into the spam folder.

Sleaziness Words – The emails with pressured or pushy efforts get into spam folder. The subject line of the email lets the subscriber know the important signals.

Cheap Words – The subject lines that comprise of pre-qualification words and phrases, gets in the spam category.

Shady Words – The emails that have questionable behaviors about the email’s ethics and legal rights. These types of emails are triggers the spam filters.

Reasons Why Emails Hit Spam Folders – 

There are a few paths that raise the red flags for spam emails. Let’s know about it!

Step 1 – The software scans emails that are tallying with offensive words with spam-like qualities. The emails with certain words, links with reputable sites, message lines, ALL CAPS, and emails with un-subscriber buttons gets in the spam buckets.

Step 2 – The next red flag is when the email gets bounce with an invalid email address. When the spam filters notice the high number of bounces of email it goes to the spam folder automatically.

Step 3 – When a subscriber receives an email that they did not like by them or they find it sketchy, they can report and send the email in the spam folder.

FINAL WORDS – According to a study from ‘Return Path’ that, one in every four emails lands into the spam folders. Also, almost 25% of email gets into the spam folder.

However, aiming for the right delivery rate for the bulk emails to the subscriber is the aim of every business. Yet, emailing the customer is a little risky. In order to send efficient mail use simple tools like the SPAMChecker and follow the email guidance. Hence, every business wants to stay in the inbox of the subscriber and not in the spam folder!
