The word ‘health’ has for sure evolved with time. But in the perspective of medicinal science it is and always was about physical and mental stature. It is a frame of physical, mental, and social well-being that has no presence of any kind of disease and infirmity.

To make us realize the importance of health, World Health Organization has occasioned 7th April as World Health Day. Though, every day should be the prime focus of health. Yet, this day is created to spread awareness about health issues globally.

Every year WHO generates a theme to run their global cause campaign. And for the year 2021, the theme is ‘building a fairer, healthier world for everyone.’
